Abstract:
Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC Plan) for the Southeast Utah Group (SEUG) of public parks administered by the National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior. The SEUG includes six sites within the Canyonlands National Park, Arches National Park and Natural Bridges National Monument. Site activities include equipment and vehicle maintenance, fueling, and supply warehousing. The SPCC Plan is based on Environmental Protection Agency guidelines in Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40, Part 112. The Plan outlines procedures to prevent spills of oil and other hazardous materials, to create response plans to discharges, and to maintain records.
